What LaGwana Employees Say
We went around and asked employees “What is something you like about LaGwana?” Here are some of their responses.
“I get to talk to a lot of people. I interact with more people in the community than I ever have in my life. I can talk them through options and help them.”
“Flexible hours. And the people. The willingness of people to help when the need doesn’t fall in their own department. I can’t say how many times I’ve panicked, only to have people come to the rescue. But it isn’t just in other departments, my own department is included — and getting paid!”
“Anything you come up against [including in your personal life], they are willing to work with you. It’s more than just a job. I really appreciate that.”
“I enjoy coming up with solutions to help make things work and helping customers figure out what they want and then deliver.”
“The working environment, it’s family friendly, understanding with doctor appointments. The flexibility.”
“I appreciate the atmosphere. People generally have a good attitude even when busy. It’s family-oriented. They made me feel welcomed — and the donuts.”
“It’s a creative company and we can help out in other departments and learn new things.”
“I love my co-workers.”
“Good community, even when everyone is busy, there’s always people making time for others.”
