Print Specifications

To ensure the best print job possible, please keep these points in mind when creating and saving your artwork for printing at LaGwana:

Resolution

•  Print ready artwork should be 300 dpi

Bleed

• All print ready artwork with color extending to the edge of the document should have an 1/8” (0.125) bleed on all four sides with the color extending through that 1/8” (0.125).

Crop Marks

• All print ready artwork needs to have crop marks to mark the edge of the document with the bleed extending past that.

Margins

• All important text, images, etc. should be no less than 1/8” (0.125) from edge of the document, but a 1/4” (0.25) is preferred.
• Print Ready Catalogs that are spiral bound, perfect bound, and/or 3 hole drilled need to have an inside margin of 3/4” (0.75)

Borders

• Any print ready artwork that has a border should have no less than a 3/16” (0.1875) border.
• It is preferred that Business Cards have no borders.
